INFRASTRUCTURE ASSESSMENTS

Infrastructure assessments start with a discussion of the nature of your business, your unique needs, and how technology should work for you. We’ll take a look at pretty much everything that could affect your network. Depending on your size this can take anywhere from an hour to a full day.

Some of the things reviewed:

Physical path of the Internet (ISP cabling) into the building/office and demarcation
Electric power availability, vulnerability, reliability, and backup power needs
Network wiring
Existing wireless networks
Client devices (computers, phones, etc.)
Documentation
Printing
Firewall protection
Security
Computer configuration
Content filtering

This is an in-depth review and will result in a report that documents our findings as well as any recommendations we may have. We can perform infrastructure assessments just for your information or as part of a broader onboarding process for ongoing support.
